Our employee health & wellness program is designed to provide everything you need to support your employees and to maximize an organization’s employee performance.
Our program includes educational materials and events, physical activity opportunities, lifestyle counseling, health screening & assessments, and immunizations.

Members receive their wireless health monitoring device(s) and are enrolled on our platform with a Health Navigator - a highly trained member of our team.

Our Health Navigators monitor Members’ physiological data and provide coaching and educational support to help Members manage their health.

With the Member’s authorization, their healthcare provider can be given access to the 24/7 Health Connect dashboard through a remote, HIPAA-secure platform.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching helps Members develop healthier lifestyle habits. A Health Coach works with each individual to design a personalized action plan and to provide education, encouragement, and accountability. We help Members navigate the platform, monitor their progress, and celebrate their milestones.

What does Health Coaching involve?
Members work with a Health Coach, one-on-one, for 6-12 months
Members participate in a live, virtual orientation to set goals and design an action plan with their Health Coach
Members receive accountability and support through regular contact with their Health Coach
Members can choose to take part in online educational opportunities
Members are able to consult with supplemental healthcare professionals, as needed (i.e., dietician, physical therapist, etc.)
